During the mid 1980’s the name Adrian Wiszniewski was synonymous with the explosive new wave of Scottish figurative artists The New Glasgow Boys including Steven Campbell, Peter Howson and Ken Currie.
By the 1990’s Adrian Wiszniewski became interested in other forms of visual and expressive arts working on projects as diverse as architecture, public art, neon signage, textiles, writing, music and the theatre.
In the past few years Adrian Wiszniewski has increasingly been absorbed by painting, and this exhibition will offer an opportunity to view these fascinating new works as well as some of his major paintings from the 1980’s and 90’s.
